Gurbur is an as yet un-inked 48-page black & white comic book -- a darned funny one at that!

Comics Legend Will "I Have an Award Named After Me" Eisner
saw Gurbur and wrote me a lovely compliment which read, in part,
"You have an obvious instinct for this kind of work." The following pages
were amongst those he particularly enjoyed.

Below: poor little Gurbur has, through only some fault of
his own, found himself swimming in the middle of the ocean holding
on to a buoy -- a buoy which seems to be connected to a plug deep
under the sea...
