MAX MAN: Everything okay here?
BRIGHTSTAR: Not sure...hadda let Idea Man go while I dealt with those 'bots!
MAX MAN: Where is he now?
THREE:
Both fly down towards the ground...
BRIGHTSTAR: Don't know. So what do you think? Wreaks of...Da Bombadeers?
MAX MAN: I thought the ol' Gopher Squad! Destroy, destroy, destroy, then pop up
for a final assault.
BRIGHTSTAR: Oh. Yeah, yeah I can see that...Where's the Doc?
MAX MAN: He and I found the source of most everything we'd encountered tonight. No
apparent clues on whose lair it is...

FIVE:
Establishing shot of inside of complex office building, which is filled with futuristic
machinery, "dead" robots, and other equipment (including missile launchers aimed at
apparently removable panels in the wall). Dr. Techology stands amongst it all...
MAX MAN CAPTION: ...But he's still there, taking a closer look.
DOC TECH: ...I will say this only once more! Whoever's here...come out
and surrender--

PANEL ONE:
Close on Dr. T...
DOC TECH: --or I'll tear the place apart!!
TWO:
CAPTION: And in those moments while Maximum Man and Brightstar were
meeting up in the evening skies of Los Angeles, California...
A viscous goo is shot from some machinery straight at Doc Tech.
THREE:
A laser field emitting from Doc Tech's armor ends its flight, melting it to liquid...
CAPTION (cont'd): ...A sinister plot continues to unfold!!
FOUR:
Doc Tech bends down to examine it...
DOC TECH: Heh. Okay...
FIVE:
He is standing above the goo...
DOC TECH: ... The Sly Spy! I know it's you--
DOC TECH 2: --I devoloped that specific laser shield for your copper-devouring
goo. Rendering it an inert liquid!

SIX:
Another shot of Doc Tech; the goo is moving!
HERO KILLER (OP): No, your Sly Spy is dead. He, however, was not quite ready to
face you again. The goo which almost killed you last time needed...
HERO KILLER (OP) 2: ... an alteration or two!

1/2 SPLASH (TOP): The goo has enveloped Dr. Technology!
HERO KILLER: You see, now, it will devour plastics, metals, and even tin--
HERO KILLER: --oh yes...And it follows my commands!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!
DOC TECH: What the--?! Who are you!!
TWO:
HERO KILLER: I should add, that this is an advanta--
THREE:
SFX: RRRUMMMBBBLE
HERO KILLER: What is--?
FOUR:
Maximum Man bursts in!
MAX MAN: Enough, foul villain!

ONE:
We see Hero Killer holding a control w/a dial he's pulled from his
costume...Max Man in background, Doc Tech nearby.
HERO KILLER: !$*@#!...No time to toy!
TWO:
Close on the Hero Killer's hand -- he's turning the dial on the control.
THREE:
Large panel -- the ooze, electrified and chemically enhanced, has eaten most
of Dr. Technology's suit and is flowing into every orifice -- he looks quite
uncomfortable in the throws of superheroic death!
CAPTION: The living ooze tears easily through Dr. Tech's fabulous futuristic
armor and dives into any available orifice...
CAPTION 2: ...His mouth and nose full of the dangerous syrup, his eardrums pounding
from the pressure pushing from the outside. All parts recked and about to burst--
CAPTION 3: --the amazing Dr. Technology...dies!!
